Business Casual

I have the luxury of being able to wear whatever I want to work. This is not something that I take for granted. In my previous career, "Business casual" was the required dress code. When summertime rolled around, it was a challenge to find work appropriate outfits that were comfortable and light enough to bear the hot weather.  I do not miss those sticky car rides home...

Black Stone

Emma Stone has been on my fashion radar ever since she convinced me that pink and red actually look great together.
Her most recent selections on her Spiderman tour show that this gal is a style chameleon. I guess it's to be expected from someone who can pull off every hair colour imaginable...

Street Style

Bright colours took a backseat on the streets during the resort shows.
Summery white, shades of indigo, basic black and navy, and a little bit of grey.
Hmmmm...is this a directional hint on colour trends???

Summer Travel

So I've been in and out of the blogging world this past month. My life has pretty much revolved around the hockey playoffs (I'm Canadian...nuff said). Now, the hockey season has come to an end and I can happily say that the Los Angeles Kings are the Stanley Cup Champions for the first time in history!

Summer travel is now on my mind, and with that, airport style. Miranda Kerr, once again, is on my radar for airport style inspiration (isn't she every girl's?). Arriving at LAX, the fashionable supermodel paired a simple white racerback tank with loose pj-style printed pants and a classic black blazer. And her oversized YSL bag? Perfection.
